Best falafel in Marburg - Edit
If you are after a snack in Marburg, Ceder is one of the best places to go. You don't have many options here but you should anyway just get one of their falafel wraps with fried and fresh veggies, fresh mint and sesame sauce.

Ceder is a lebanese takeout place. I have bought falafel wraps there on multiple occasions and they never cease to taste good.
The only problem is that the only vegan dish is basically the falafel wrap which you can add hummus and some sauteed zucchini and eggplant to.
Still, the falafels are crispy and the process is always very fast.
Pros: fast preparation of food, crispy falafels, nice owners
Cons: basically just one vegan dish
