Mediocre Neighborhood Spot

I live nearby, and would generally rather go to Loco Pez if I don’t feel like walking far. The veggie wings are usually good. Sometime too salty. The rest of the menu is very mediocre for vegan options, but at least they have some.

Wings?

Tried the wings based on other reviews, but they fell flat. Tasted very burnt and were pretty tough. The brussel sprouts were great, though!

My favorite veggie wings in philadelphia! I get the BBQ and my husband gets the buffalo! Both to die for

Go for the vegan wings

These are my favorite seitan wings in the city. They are extra fried and saucy and delicious and you can get buffalo or bbq (or one of each?? Been there). Make sure to say you want them vegan and they’ll give you a vegan dipping sauce. Best part? They come mixed with delicious fried brussels sprouts. Also you get a full pound of seitan. Highly recommend.

They also have 1/2 off wings during happy hour AND late night happy hour, which is 10pm-midnight (I believe, check before you go). Really good deal for the portion and the quality.

I also liked the Udon noodle beer nut salad, so don’t be put off by the name and give it a try.

Pros: Seitan wings seitan wings seitan wings , Great beer list, Great happy hour

Eric.

Excellent Vegan Wings

Been going to Cedar Point for a long time. They offer lots of varying vegan options clearly labeled. They seem best at frying things and in my opinion the best thing on the menu are the vegan wings topped with fried brussel sprouts. Note, you need to specify VEGAN wings as they also have another buffalo sauce for vegeterian wings that have butter. The BBQ wings are also vegan and great. They usually serve the wings with an apricot side sauce but you can ask for a vegan sage aioli that is excellent.

Also note they have happy hour for vegan wings where they are $4 off.

Early Happy Hour – Tuesday through Friday 6-7 pm

Late Night Happy Hour – Monday through Friday 10-12 pm

Pros: Excellent Vegan Wings, Vegan wing happy hour

Cons: Some of their other dishes are eh but they do try.

Gurl, damn

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. We were warned there was a 10 minute wait to place an order, so we expected maybe the kitchen was backed up. No sweat. But 30 minutes after being seated, we still hadn’t ordered, so we asked. Our server, Kelly, took our order. Thought, hey, maybe they’re caught up, we’ll be good to go. But 45 minutes after ordering, cups empty with melted ice, we asked when the food may come out. The server (not Kelly) that approached us, rudely asked if we just wanted to cash out (they could’ve give an ETA in good, apparently).

Really, Cedar Point? I get it, I work in food service as well. I understand. But the absolute bare minimum could have been polite customer service. Guess that was too much to ask. Seems like we’re eating cereal tonight:(

amazing vegan options

This place is awesome - they do vegan buffalo wings, burgers and more - including vegan Philly cheesesteak made with seitan and daiya cheese. Highly recommend.

great place

I went for brunch and was pleasantly surprised at the number of vegetarian and vegan options. The BLT made with tempeh bacon was fantastic. Vegan pancakes were a hit with my kids. Service was very good. I'd definitely go back.

Pros: kid friendly , lots of options, outdoor seating
