Love this place

My omni partner and I love this place and keep coming back again and again. I always get their 1/2 grain, 1/2 green bowl with super-greens/arugula and black lentils, with 1/2 falafel, 1/2 grilled veggies as the “protein”. It is SO good and filing. I get lots of toppings (e.g. hummus, eggplant, pickled onions, cabbage, cucumber, olives, etc. etc.) and sauces, which are clearly labeled when vegan (various tahini options, vinaigrettes, etc.). A falafel/veggie bowl may sound basic, but it’s quite the opposite. It is so flavorful, delicious, and plentiful, without making me feel disgustingly full afterward. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Yummy drinks, fast service, friendly staff, and it doesn’t break the bank. I’ve been going for years and the quality still stands. Love it!!

Love it here

Super vegan friendly. Their food always fills me up and feels fairly healthy and balanced. Falafels have always been soft and moist. Don’t know if that’s the best way to describe but sometimes falafels are so dry and crumble that they’re hard to finish. Not these!

Convenient and tasty

Cava is a build-your-own style chain restaurant with plenty of healthy vegan options. I recommend the salad greens and grain bowl w/ half split of falafels and roasted veggies and options to add from there. It’s quick, easy and their fruit based drinks are good too.
