Serves meat, vegan options available. Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain where the food is ready-cooked and displayed on the counter. Choose your base (all vegan), then add dips, protein, toppings (all vegan except crumbled feta cheese), and a dressing (all vegan except yogurt dill and sriracha greek yogurt) for your bowl or salad. There are many options you can choose from to build your bowl, but when we asked for falafel they gave us only 3 for the entire bowl... Portion sizes are a bit small

The flavors are great and I like that it’s vegan friendly but tbh it’s not really filling enough. My parents and I were left feeling a bit hungry after our meal.

Great options, wonderful flavors - Edit
Cava is amazing. You get to pick your own toppings and stuffings for bowls or pitas, and the choices are very flavorful and incredible. Almost every topping is vegan, and the “main” filling has choices including falafel or roasted veggies. I’ve tried both, and honestly the roasted veggies are my favorite! Heavenly Brussels sprouts... the sauces also are fantastic! The garlic sauce and the lemon tahini are both vegan, and I love mixing them together.
