Choose your base (all vegan), then add dips, protein, toppings (all vegan except crumbled feta cheese), and a dressing (all vegan except yogurt dill and sriracha greek yogurt) for your bowl or salad. Not the best Cava - Edit
Like other places in Navy Yard, they lag behind the quality and quantity of other locations. Portion sizes are noticeably smaller from other Canvas I've gone to, and the falafel tasted like a microwaved falafel from Trader Joe's. That said, the depth of options at Cava make it worthy of 3 stars.

Great bowls - Edit
One of the better Cavas around. Cava is a Mediterranean chain restaurant, with an ordering style similar to Subway or Chipotle, with a number of vegan options. You can customize and bowl or salad and build your own bowl. Items that are vegan are clearly labeled, which makes it easy to order.
