Delicious and plenty of vegan options

All items were clearly labeled so it made chosing what you wanted a lot easier. It was nice to eat something healthy with lots of veggies and vegan protein. The portions were very large though but they were served in a bowl with a lid to make it easy to take left overs home.

Good for a quick (vegan) bite that's healthy

I was in a pinch and pleasantly surprised to find Cava. I got a grain and greens bowl with falafel and lots of fixings, including black lentils and spicy hummus for additional protein. Overall I was just really happy to find a nearby place with tasty vegan options that was open late ish. As someone else said, the falafel could be better, but it's fine. Bonus points for asking if I needed a bag or utensils, instead of just assuming I want them.

Pros: Good vegan toppings, quick, healthy

Cons: Falafel is OK but the only vegan 'main' protein.

Mediterranean fast casual biwls

I don’t even know how many times I’ve been here - it’s convenient and fast. Get a bowl and fill it with so many good vegan choices you’ll be very happy and full!

The falafel isn’t great but I do love a bowl made with super greens or rice. Add on lentils and then so many veggies! Hummus at the end makes it more flavorful or harissa, and add on some Greek vinaigrette to finish off the bowl filled with roasted veggies and cauliflower quinoa! Yum!

Pros: Fast, Many vegan options
