Serves meat, vegan options available. Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain where the food is ready-cooked and displayed on the counter. Choose your base (all vegan), then add dips, protein, toppings (all vegan except crumbled feta cheese), and a dressing (all vegan except yogurt dill and sriracha greek yogurt) for your bowl or salad. Point to what you'd like. Reported to HC as to having labeled vegan items, ask for menu at the front of the store which shows GF, DF, Veg*n, and SF options. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm. Opens daily at 10:45am.

Great for a chain option - Edit
One of my favorite chain options for vegan food. The falafel is crispy and flavorful. There are many tasty veg heavy options, so it feels healthier than a lot of options. Items clearly labeled.

While there are no pre-made vegan options in the menu, the build-your-own is very easy to navigate and items in the salad bar are clearly labeled as “vegan.” Workers are also very friendly. Additionally, disposable utensils are made from plant starch.

Tasty Mediterranean food - Edit
There are a lot of vegan options - the falafel tasted very good. The different types of rice taste really good too. the hummus, harissa sauce, pickled vegetables, and pita bread were also enjoyed by my group. They allow you to use one of their reusable bowls if you dine in - a plus for the environment. They have some nice outdoor tables. The staff move quickly in preparing your order.
