Build your own, with many options! - Edit
Chipotle/Subway style "build your own" bowl or wrap. Lots of options that allow you to really customize your dish. In particular, the roasted veggies were very good, with cauliflower and brussels sprouts that are flavorful and not overly tough.
Read moreBut heads up, if you're someone who prefers a wrap over a bowl, you may run into a familiar issue to ordering a burrito at Chipotle. Whether or not your wrap is structurely sound varies heavily with how much is in it and who built it.

Something for everyone - Edit
This was such a great find while traveling. My husband, mom, and I are vegan; my dad and brother are not. This place had tons of options and we all loved it. We actually went here twice because it was such a reliable source of filling vegan food. The black lentil base is an especially welcome twist on the usual rice bowl and adds more protein as well! I got mine with half hummus half falafel, the roasted vegetables, and various other veggie toppings. Ps, try the garlic dressing on top... it's so creamy that I wouldn't have even thought to try it if not for it being specifically labeled vegan! Really delicious mix of flavors and endless combinations.

Cons: They serve meat but I felt comfortable that there, was no cross contamination

Vegan bowls to make you happy - Edit
So, you're really hungry, tired of your own lunches, and want something a little different? This is the solution. You make your own greens or grains or greens & grains bowl, and pile on the veggies. You can choose brown or white rice or greens, like super greens! Add in a hummus or harissa (spicy sauce) or two, then move onto the roasted veggies, maybe falafel.
Read moreThen, it's all you want for veggies! They usually have a seasonal veggie topping, but standards include banana peppers, romaine lettuce, tomato salad, tomato + cucumber salad, pickled onions, quinoa cauliflower, mint, diced cucumbers, olives and lemon wedge. All vegan. And yes, you can add them all.
There are some good dressings, too, like Greek Vinaigrette or Lemon Tahini. Add in pita if you like. You're good to go!
Oh, and they have a rewards program....so, if you really like it, sign up!
Pros: Greens bowl is super filling, Menu is vegan friendly and marks allergens
Cons: Dips are a bit too salty
