Burst of Flavors

I love this place! I had been wanting to come here for a while, and a road trip was the perfect opportunity. It's run like a Chipotle with many vegan choices. You choose a base of either rice, greens, or a combo of 2. Then you choose your dips. I chose hummus and eggplant. Next, you add your mains. I chose sweet potatoes and roasted veggies. Top the bowl with as many veggies and salads as you wish. Dressing is added on top or the side. I chose lemon tahini Herb. The flavors blended together perfectly--crunchy, tart, smooth, and savory. As there is a Cava near my home, I will be returning often.
