Tasty quick dinner! - Edit
Lots of fresh choices...I loved the scoop of black lentils on top of the rice (although there was an extra charge for them!). The staff was super friendly if not very knowledgeable about their products; I was told the falafel was gluten free. It is not, I later discovered. My fault for not researching ahead of time!

Cava is a chain and there are a lot of them and they are reliable and fresh and have lots of vegan options. Their rice and black lentil base is delicious and they have plenty of fresh "super-greens".

So this was my first visit and I am so glad I decided to stop in. I had the Lentil Avocado bowl and it was fantastic. I don’t do onions so I requested no pickled onions and as it was being made the lady asked if I'd like to put an additional topping on in place of the onions. I chose to add olives to my bowl. The ingredients were fresh and to my surprise most of the ingredients were Vegan friendly. I was surprised that my dressing that came on my bowl was Vegan as well as the slaw which I assumed would have a mayo base. It actually was vinegar based which I was very happy to hear. I will be returning for sure! Highly recommended!
