I suppose it was alright🤔

I asked was an item vegan, the staff member asked I assume was the manager, she shrugged and said she didnt know! Waited ages for pitta chips,to the point we heard the manager ask another member of staff "what we were waiting for" not a great experience.

Pros: Vegan option, Taste, Price

Cons: Staff I spoke to didnt know if an item was vegan, Waited ages for an item, Staff attitude

Delicious falafel pita

I got the falafel pita. It was delicious! I loved that the menu was fully labeled, so you can see exactly which items on the menu are vegan. There are no tables or washrooms but you can eat at the park. If you order the pita, make sure to grab a couple of napkins since it's very saucy (which I like).

Pros: Clearly labeled menu, Delicious, Good price

Convenient, with okay food

This place is across the street from the main branch of the NY Public Library. There are no seats or bathrooms available for customers; you order at the counter, then make a bowl or pita wrap for you, and then you go on your way (you can eat at Bryant Park across the street). There are not a lot of vegan options--as far as I can tell, the main vegan item they offer is felafel. It tastes fine, though not as good as a real felafel place.

Pros: Convenient, quick service, not expensive

Cons: Not gourmet, they offer lamb
