Serves meat, vegan options available. Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain where the food is ready-cooked and displayed on the counter. Choose your base (all vegan), then add dips, protein, toppings (all vegan except crumbled feta cheese), and a dressing (all vegan except yogurt dill and sriracha greek yogurt) for your bowl or salad. Point to what you'd like. Reported to HC as to having labeled vegan items, ask for menu at the front of the store which shows GF, DF, Veg*n, and SF options. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Created my own bowl with all the yummy stuff: lettuce, lentils, falafel, hummus, roasted eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lots of spicy goodness. Very tasty and fresh.

Went there past Sunday with my wife for the first time and we both loved it. Quick and lovely service, very good vegan options, and for a reasonable price. We will be back soon.

There are lots of great food options here! You can make your own bowl/pita, or you can order a chef-curated one. Today I tried their lentil avocado bowl and it left me feeling full and satisfied. As an added bonus, this location is clean and staff are very friendly.

Mediterranean chipotle on steroids - Edit
I’m a BIG fan of Cava. Easy to make a large vegan bowl (my fav is half rice and half lentils) - most sauces and hummuses are vegan too which is amazing. No max on toppings and don’t forget your free side of pita. I have a hard time not going here at least once a week!

I have been here twice now and they have many vegan options, food is fresh, staff is friendly, place is clean. Staff is very knowledgeable about which foods are vegan and help you choose. It’s close to work so I will be going often.
