Pleasantly surprised by how good a dozen different ingredients tasted altogether. Helpful labels directly on the glass as you walk through the line and they build your order. I lol’d when I ordered half sweet potato/half falafel for my protein and they put literally 2 little falafel balls in the bowl. But in the end the joke was on me because I could only finish half the bowl and ate leftovers the next day.

The only protein option is Falafel balls (lentils, rice, roasted sweet potatoes and roasted veggies are honorable mentions), they tasted great in my grain bowl. Several toppings to choose from and they all taste great. Vegan options are marked well. Also, their cucumber mint lemonade was refreshing (ton of sugar) but I needed that after a good kayaking day. Cava app sucks on Android, just forget about getting any rewards.

We were excited to see that the line moved quickly at this popular lunch spot. The staff was patient with us despite the crowd and explained to us the menu where needed. Healthy and flavorful—like the Chipotle of Mediterranean cuisine.

This is a busy lunch spot with surprisingly friendly staff and fresh, flavorful options. There were plenty of vegan options including several types of protein. The line was out the door but it moved quickly and we managed to get served within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Build your own pita wrap or bowl. Lots of healthy options with different types of greens, brown rice, and lentils. Multiple different dips that are vegan along with falafel and roasted veggies.
