Great fast casual meals

I was in the area recently for a business trip, and I went to CAVA for the first time ever. I love it. Probably the best fast casual food I've ever had. I loved it so much, I came back for dinner. You can't go wrong going here for a quickish bite to eat. Portions are generous and ingredients are fresh. I got roasted vegetables as my "protein" but there's also falafel. I lived near a CAVA, I'd be there every week.

Great options

Isn’t it wonderful that I get a little bored with restaurants that serve bowls and salads with fresh ingredients? This one is a little bit better than most. You can get saffron basmati rice and black lentils. There are “super greens” with arugula and kale and romaine. And there are great dips like eggplant and red pepper and roasted red pepper hummus and Harissa.

Lots of options and a little different twist.

Lots of options and great food!

Cava has a great variety of plant protein like falafel and seasonal roasted vegetables. You can choose between a stuffed pita, a salad bowl, or a grains bowl. They have delicious fresh squeezed juices and is a perfect place to get a fast and tasty meal.
