Good, filling, cheap - Edit
This small-ish restaurant is on the second floor so has decent views out over the quiet street and jungle. They also had some of the cheapest cocktails in town at 2 for 25,000 pesos (they were very tasty but didn’t seem very strong 😅).
Read moreMy partner and I tried the Domino and Minca arepas and asked for no cheese. They were absolutely overflowing and messy to eat, but very filling! I had the Domino one which had soooo many beans - nice for a change. Without the cheese it did feel a little lacking in something, it was quite simple and could’ve done with some extra seasoning. Great value though at about 18k.
Note they served a creamy side sauce with the arepa that contained egg when I checked - so they’re not fully across what vegan entails. They replaced it with some hot sauce though, no problem.

Lovely staff and delicious food. Tucked away from the main road so look out for the board outside that includes ‘veggie food 18k’
