Love this place - Edit
Cato's is within walking distance to my house, so I go here a lot. There are only a few dedicated vegan items, but that is better than a lot of places in this neighborhood. Here's why I love them: another burger place just down the street sold the Impossible Burger for $19 and it didn't come on a vegan bun! You had to pay $2 extra for a vegan bun. I mean, WTF? So that was $21 for an all vegan burger with NO sides! Cato's has the Impossible Burger for $14, already all vegan (bun and spicy mayo) plus it comes with fries (which I usually swap out for a side salad). The Lemongrass Tofu Bahn Mi is also wonderful. They also have vegan chili (just okay in my book) and a falafel burger, plus a few other vegan sides.
