Su apuesta por la calidad y el detalle es de agradecer. El café es excelente y que haya siempre opciones veganas, tanto en la carta como en los dulces, también es de aplaudir. Las muffins están buenísimas, btw.
Más de un día me bajo a comer su menú o su brunch del finde. No es muy variado pero no se necesita más. Me como algo rápido, rico y saludable y me vuelvo a currar. A veces también me bajo a currar allí, porque con el suyo he aprendido a valorar la calidad del café.
Lo suelo tomar solo pero tienen "leche" de avena, soja, almendra...
Se lo están currando mucho, le han echado valor apostando por un modelo de negocio en el que creen. Además, si te mola vacilar un poco en Instagram el sitio está decorado de anuncio.
Como único punto a mejorar, y me consta que lo han mejorado, es que al principio la atención era un poco distante. Un negocio así, que en cierto punto es arriesgado, necesita camareros involucrados, sonrientes, buenos vendedores al final. Las últimas chicas que han empezado lo han conseguido.
En fin, visita obligatoria si te pasas por Gijón.

Beautiful setting (ie plants, handwritten menus, cute cat-related art etc) Delicious and healthy smoothies. The coffees were also a-ma-zing! We were a little disappointed by our bagels which were a bit small (albeit tasty) and our cookies which were too soft and the chocolate bits were only on the top!
Read moreThe staff was quite distant and service very slow despite being almost empty. They could have more vegan options with more original/filling ingredients! At the minute it's more of a Instagrammable coffee place than a proper café/restaurant. That said there was a very cute dog there who I think belonged to one of the waitresses :-)
Pros: Pretty setting and menus , Tasty, healthy drinks, Cute dog!
Cons: Not so much choice for vegans, A bit pricey , Slow and distant service
