Best vegan hot dogs in Brasília - Edit
Definitely my favorite hot dog in Brasília. My regular choice, the "Catioro Caipira" comes with homemade sausage, vegan cheddar, and vinaigrette: a perfect combination, to say the least. When you add their homemade parsley mayo (also vegan, obviously), you certainly won't feel like you need anything else in life. Their "Catioro Jacando", with grilled jackfruit, has a very subtle flavor, but also pleases almost everyone. Their stroganoff hot dog tastes just like regular stroganoff, but I don't like eating soy protein (PTS), so I don't order it. Their "Catioro na chapa" has a Superbom hot dog with a strongly artificial flavor, so I don't order it either, but many other customers really enjoy that, since it tastes extremely similar to meat hot dogs.
Don't mind their modest structure - almost any Brazilian knows that the best hot dogs come from street vendors!
