Awesome Vegan Cakes - Edit
Found Cate The Bake on social media, Cate is lovely and makes awesome vegan cakes. We visited today and had a chocolate fudge muffin and a piece of blueberry and lemon cake. She also had Eccles cakes, flapjacks and tea loaf. The cakes were scrumptious, so light, moist and mouth watering and such good value and she will make cakes to order for special occasions like birthdays or anniversarys. There is a horsebox selling excellent coffee on the market so we had coffee and cake and watched the world go by. Highly recommended.
