Accommodating to vegans, very good pizza

There's nothing specifically vegan on the menu, but there are four clearly marked vegetarian items, two of which (the mushroom pizza and the mushroom pasta) can be veganised upon request. The waitress wasn't sure, but the chef came over to our table and checked with me, and assured me he could veganise the pizza by leaving off the cheese. He served me a delicious oven-made pizza (you can watch the chef roll out the dough and add ingredients from the tables), and also threw in some complementary bread, seasoned with herbs and an olive oil-balsamic glaze vinaigrette – clearly understanding that butter wasn't an option. The pizza was delicious, note that it includes no tomato. Adding some tomato sauce for the base would have improved it slightly, but it was delicious in any case.

I appreciated this place, because I don't there were any other vegan options in Yingge Ceramics Village street, only in other parts of town (however, all those places where actually closed at the time I was in Yingge).

Also note that if you make a purchase in the ceramics shops that's located on the ground floor of the same building, you can get a discount on any food/drinks purchased at this restaurant.
