Lovely Catalyst cafe on the seafront. Less options than the Florence location but still easy to get several vegan selections! Unfortunate that they charge for non-dairy milk, but this seems to be standard across Ireland.

Good brownies, croissants, slices etc. Shame about the 0.50c for plant milks, but other than that it's a pretty ideal spot with a sea view

Consistently great coffee especially FLOAT (flat white with Califia oat milk). Food is also delicious and so are the cakes. Only issue I have they don’t use proper plates and cutlery and I hate to eat my food from takeaway box.
