Tasty and loads to choose from - Edit
We had the pizza and the aubergine casserole. Both were real umami bombs with a good gratinated vegan cheese and yum veggies.
Read moreThese guys aren't the most knowledgeable about vegan nutrition (only one of the dishes seemed to have a good protein source), but the service was good and they are very friendly, and they actually know how to make vegan cheese melt and how to make great vegan tastes.

De glemte maten jeg bestilte 2 ganger og serverte den til slutt vegetarisk med ost og ikke vegansk. Ventet i 1,5 time på maten, endte med en skål oliven og ris….

Very refreshing - Edit
Castrum is the only restaurant in Kongsvinger that offers a variety of good vegan dishes. I usually have to settle for a bland salad or a dry burger, so this vegan menu is refreshing. Keep it up!
