Cafe and tearoom within National Trust property Castle Ward. Offers vegan food options such as daily soup, five-bean chili, vegan rolls and traybakes. Open Mon-Sun 11:00-16:00.
I visited with my parents, not expecting much, but was really pleasantly surprised that I had multiple options to choose from. I went for the 5 bean chilli, served with sourdough, and a Curried chickpea sausage roll. Both tasted homemade and we're delicious. The girl serving was very confident regarding the vegan options, which is always appreciated. They had a number of vegan traybakes available although I was too full after my meal
