Vegan café in Haliburton - Edit
Stopped by this cool space today (antique store and café…also hosts some great musical artists). Tried their carrot cake and their lemonade. Carrot cake was fantastic and the lemonade was so refreshing. Haven’t tried their prepared food (found in their refrigerator…bowls, wraps…).

What a gem in cottage country! - Edit
I stumbled upon this quaint little cafe recently also an antiques shop when I saw a billboard advertising vegan gluten free food! When I asked what was vegan , thinking an option or two would be available, I was certainly not expecting ALL of their lunch items and baked goods were vegan and gluten free! Happy days! I enjoyed a delicious lunch of lentil wrap with roasted veg and pesto and my mom who is mon -vegan raved about her grilled cheese and spinach sandwich. The dandelion iced tea was refreshing and the baked goods ( peanut butter cookie with chocolate, a Chia energy ball and bars ) were outstanding! I actually came again next day to stock up on the baked goods for the cottage- chocolate chip cookies, fresh out of the muffin chocolate chip muffins and THE pecan pie bars!!
