Pleasantly surprised!

In all my time on St. Croix I never realized that Castaways was vegan friendly! I was so tempted to try the vegan burger but I was in the mood for greens so I went with the smoked tofu salad minus the cheese and it was delicious. I also got a side of the Thai noodles and they were really good too! No vegan chz (yet!), but there are many veggie toppings available for pizzas. I’ll definitely be back!
