This is my fave restaurant to go to in Owen Sound. There are so many vegan options to choose from. I’ve tried their sneaky wings, nachos, different tacos, and burritos. All have been delicious! The Pina colada is one of my fave drinks to get there and it’s fully vegan as well.

The vegan food here is great and it's all well thought out. It doesn't feel like they added a vegan option to check off a box but instead they actually tried to make them tasty and stand on their own. The nachos are really tasty and come with so much that there's no way you could walk out still hungry

I had the non-alcoholic pina colada and she had a Dos Equis. We shared the small house nachos (with the vegan cheese on the side) and 3 tacos: cauliflower, black bean and cheese, and sneaky cauliflower tacos.
Everything was delicious! Might be the best vegan nachos I have ever had and the sneaky cauliflower tacos were the best if the 3! It’s so nice to eat somewhere that actually knows how to make vegan food with tons of flavor.

All of our meals looked great, the presentation was A , however the taste and “substance” was only 5/10, our table of 5 ate all of our meals but were not 💯 % satisfied and all left a bit hungry for the price. Great ambiance and service though, hence the mixed bag of a review 😁

My family and I had a fabulous time at Casero! My husband and I had the crispy cauliflower tacos, and they were scrumptious! The house salad is amazing, with finely shredded cabbage and a delicious dressing. There were many vegan options, as well as gluten-free options. Oh, and you must try the hibiscus tea...and the hibiscus iced tea!

The nachos at casero’s are an unreal experience. The portion sizes are enormous, they have an array of hot sauces on the table which is excellent. I always always always get the vegan house nachos. They’re mouthwatering. Plus the staff are super friendly and accomodating - one warned me about dairy in one vegetarian dish (I thought was vegan) because I was ordering the vegan nachos, which I really appreciated!

Oh man, this place is such a gem. They have these Vegan Nachos and they are amazing. They have three "flavours" and I always get the sweet potato ones. The portion is also very generous. They have a small and a large but the the small is enough for like 2 people or one and a half people depending on how much you eat.
Read moreThey come on freshly baked corn tortilla chips with avocado and cabbage and the spicing they use for the rice and the beans and the salsa and everything, man it is sooo good and authentic. I think I heard the owners used to live in Mexico and go back often. So they've got the flavours down.
For dessert they also have some vegan flavours of paletas, I can't remember exactly, I think like a juniper mint one and something else. There is also a vegan rice pudding, and an avocado pudding that if you ask for without whipped cream is also vegan.
Its a small place buti it is nicely decorated, clean, and has such a nice atmosphere. Great drink selection, lots of different mezcals and things. There are other vegan meal options too like a bowl and tacos. It was just so wonderful to come across this place in Owen Sound. I definitely recommend it.
