2 of us ordered and paid for Salmon & Cashew cream but then found out they couldn't make it. We swapped to Poke bowl which was really good.

Cascara - Edit
Stopped by this relaxed two-storey café for brunch and had a really lovely experience. The staff were warm and immediately made me feel at ease.
Read moreI had the scrambled tofu on sourdough toast, with seasonal toppings—this time peppery watercress and crisp radish. The tofu was fluffy with a great texture and flavour. I was so impressed that the staff kindly shared their cooking method so I could recreate it at home!
Also had a chai latte, which was beautifully spiced.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill, vegan spot with thoughtful food and genuinely kind service.

Nice, little cafe - Edit
Matchas and the savoury food were alright. The sticky, toffee pudding was very sweet and very dry. The staff was very friendly, I'd go again.

The cashew cream cheese and “salmon” on sourdough went down a treat. The breakfast burrito is also delicious! Will return.

Delicious lunch at this great vegan cafe - Edit
We ate as a couple. There are a few tables on the ground floor, opposite the counter, then 3 booths and some other small tables upstairs. We had an avocado poke bowl and vegan ‘salmon’ and cream cheese on toast, with a pot of tea for one and an apple/celery/kale and something else juice. Portions were on the large side but we ate it all, it tasted great. I had trouble choosing what to have as there were many options I liked the look of. I also bought a slice of biscoff caramel cake to take home, from the large selection of cakes on offer. The staff were quick to serve us, and super friendly. We’ll certainly be back next time we are in Bath.

My favourite spot in Bath - Edit
Really love this place. Everything is plant based and I’ve never been disappointed with either coffee or food. The best thing is probably the staff though, always just super lovely and it just makes it a nice spot to spend some time.

Faultless vegan food in Bath 👌🏻 - Edit
Visited twice to eat-in and twice for takeaway and was excellent on all occasions. Great coffee, delicious croissants and coffee & pecan cake. Brunch burrito is out of this world, but had to get a doggy bag both times as the portions are so generous! All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Josh.

Superb vegan delights - Edit
Mamma Mia! That salmon cashew cream toast was so good we all wanted to order it again. Yum! We went back later to order more and the tofu scramble was fab as was the beetroot pancake with mushroom. Pretty good avocado toast too. We had nice hot drinks as well like the chai latte and decaf oat latte. We want to again.

Heavenly vegan place - Edit
Amazing vegan food in the centre of Bath! All the plates were delicious, the cheese and salmon toast blew our minds. The giant couscous left us with no words, it has a cauliflower and hazelnut cream that I've never tried before and it was absolutely amazing.

Cute and tasty! - Edit
A really lovely little spot. The staff were friendly and food was very tasty. Only improvement would be to not serve the burrito sat in a sauce, as I like to eat burritos with my hands 😁

Best Vegan Restaurant in Bath🌟 - Edit
We had a fantastic breakfast at Cascara! The meal was absolutely gorgeous and the atmosphere was so cozy and lovely. I wanted to try everything on the menu, but I went for the Beetroot pancake with creamy mushroom and avocado on toast. This is a must visit in Bath if you’re around!

My new favourite lunch place in Bath - Edit
We had a delicious lunch here on a rainy Saturday and it's instantly become my new top lunch spot in Bath. I wanted to order the whole menu but we ended up with the beetroot pancake and the chickpea toastie. The toastie tasted bright and fresh, but the pancake was a standout dish—a real depth of flavour to the oyster mushrooms topping it, with roasted hazelnuts adding texture.
Read moreThe raspberry croissant we had afterwards was very good, though did suffer a little from the problem all vegan croissants have: a lack of moisture in the dough. However the raspberry filling did compensate for that.
We'll be back!

Delicious TLT! - Edit
I tried their tempeh sandwich (TLT) which was really delicious. Only downside is that they had tomatoes in it - which is not in season but yeah otherwise, it was really good. It’s rather small even with the upstairs seating.

Hot chocolate - Edit
Staff were smiley and lovely. I didn't eat, but had a delicious hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream on a cold rainy day. It was full upstairs but I took a great people watching spot at the window in the little downstairs area.

All towns should have a ‘Cascara’! - Edit
Lovely staff, delicious mains and devilishly naughty but delicious cakes! Since the new ownership (October 2024) the food has got even better and thankfully the prices haven’t increased and are actually cheaper for some dishes.
