My vegan spot - Edit
I eat here every day when I am in town. All the burgers are delicious. My favorite is the chickpea one. I would recommend them to use the entire portobello mushroom for the BBQ burger instead of slices (it is messier). The bolognese pasta is to die for. The tacos are great and the salsa that comes with them. The empanadas are a must. All of their drinks and desserts are worth trying. Also wonderful service. There is a super cute yoga studio next door, which sells natural products as well.

Great! - Edit
It opens every day, I believe it's the only vegan place that does now a days and the food is delicious. They close a bit early but Ubereats and Rappi are good options

Good food - Edit
I've been at Leguru at least 6 times and always accompanied by different friends. We have arrived at the same conclusion: we love that they are helping the vegan movement grow and that they try very hard to teach people to eat vegan. That being said: portions are small, food is almost always too salty, service is lacking, and the homemade drinks and desserts are always great.

They changed their name from Leguru to Casamor and you can see the amazing changes. Food is consistently good now. Love the burgers and aguas frescas.
Pros: Nice vibe, Great desserts , Good location
Cons: Food takes to long if place is packed

Delicious food! - Edit
Only fully vegan restaurant in the El Paso-Cd. Juarez area! Everything we ordered was surprisingly tasty! They have a lot of variety of different classic Mexican dishes (flautas, enchiladas, chilaquiles, ect). They also have “aguas del día” (that day they were jaimaca, chia lemonade, and pineapple spinach). The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of their menu, and are up to customizing any order. They also have popular Mexican pastries that are non- detectably vegan! Definitely a must try it if you are in El Paso-Cd. Juarez area!

Excellent Portabello Burger - Edit
I loved everything that we ordered! The aguas frescas were so refreshing, and the burger, flautas, and sides were so tasty. After spending last week in Portland, Oregon eating vegan food, I'm so pleasantly surprised to find an even better restaurant so close to me!

Amazing and Inexpensive - Edit
Best vegan restaurant in the southwest! Classic Mexican and Modern Mexican inspired cuisine. I am a chef at a vegan/vegetarian friendly restaurant rated 4 cows in El Paso (right across the border from Juarez) and I can attest to the awesomeness of the food, service and cozy ambience of Leguru--the little gem of Juarez. Very informative and passionate about the food, the staff made me feel welcome while putting up with my horrible Spanish. It always helps when you find out most of the staff is raw vegan.
