Kind of odd - Edit
The whole shop is behind the counter and the doors are closed - not sure if you can go in or if you have to order everything over the counter? The only to-go lunch option was deep-friend empanadas which were filled with some kind of mock meat and vegetables. They were pretty good but tasted like they had been sitting there for a while.

Yummy empanadas - Edit
Casa Vegetariana is a 5-10 minute walk from EAFIT university, so it's a good cheap option for lunch. For $4000, you can get a decent lunch - two big vegan empanadas, plus a juice. The only drawback is that they're fried - and there are no other ready-to-go lunch options - so it's not the healthiest habit.
