Traditional vegan options in Maramures - Edit
Restaurant is traditional Romanian cuisine and pizza. It has a fasting menu which has a green bean stew, soy schnitzel (not available when we were there), other bean dishes etc. All with english translation. We had a mushroom stew and polenta which was really good.
