Vegetarian Menu Section

We ordered the veggie fajitas for two. The serving size is huge! We each had our own plate of rice, beans (ask for no cheese on top!), guacamole, lettuce, and house made churchy pico. The fajita skillet was larger than expected and piled high! My favorite part was the veggies that were included in the meal. At other restaurants the “veggie fajitas” are just peppers and onions. Casa Torres gave peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach and they were generous with them all. They were all cooked perfectly.

The staff is all great and our server was happy to help and confirm with the kitchen what we could and could not eat. This was our second time here while in town visiting family.
