Best Roti Canai

They serve one of the best roti canai around. Come with special thick green-curry-like curry.

Pros: Many ala carte menu for noodles and rice dishes

Hours were different

We wanted to eat here and tried on two separate evenings but unfortunately the restaurant was closed and when I called the number there was no answer. Definitely worth calling in advance. Thankfully there’s another vegetarian restaurant right across the street.

Pros: Menu looks great

Cons: Hours were different to those stated

Great!

We went close to closing time and there was still lots of choice and was all still fresh!
There was a lemony chicken type dish which was delicious.

Pros: tasty, friendly staff, english speaking

Tasty buffet with lots of choice

Self-service buffet which gives you lots of chance to decide what you want from the huge selection! Very tasty and the lady on the til was lovely too. Not sure if it's fully vegan but enough English is spoken - sure you could find out. 15.50 RM for two plates with four dishes and rice, plus two cokes. Recommended!

great food and people

I didn't try the buffet but it looked good with vegetable and fake meat things. We had freshly cooked fried rice and ginger spiced "fish" and stir fry mushrooms which was all superb. Cheap as well: we paid 23RM which is about £4.50 for two dishes and ice tea. The English speaking waitress was an absolute star -rather than to accept the tip she gave it to charity!
Even other customers were extremely friendly.
The only issue I had was the general look of the place - scratched walls and the toilet.... one of the worst I've seen!
I'd love to go back there but the place should be redecorated.

Pros: food- quality and choice, staff, location - close to the tower

Cons: toilet, general look, dubious cleanliness
