Serves meat, vegan options available. Opened June 2022. Mexican restaurant has a vegan section on the menu: Fajitas, a burrito, enchiladas, and veggie bowl. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.
I ordered the veggie fajitas. There was so much food! I asked the waitress about the chips and she showed me the ingredients list to ensure that they weren't cooked in any lard. Most tequila drinks are made with Milagro tequila which per barnivore is vegan friendly.
Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly labeled even if there are only a few.
There were only a few vegan options but they were good quality and the portions were big! I had the veggie bowl, which was really tasty, and my partner had the spinach enchiladas which were also good. You get free chips and salsa as an added bonus, and the margaritas were also big, with lots of tasty flavour options!
They only had like four vegan options but they were the only place in this semi desolate area open. I had the veggie burrito with a side of guacamole and pico de gallo and husband had spinach enchiladas.
