Decent meal, beautiful view

I stopped by here a couple of times as it was the only place with vegan options near my accommodation on Apoyo Lagoon. The veggie burger has some kind of patty in place of buns. It was a decent meal, though I probably would’ve preferred actual buns. The fries however, were to die for. So crispy and yummy. The hummus plate was decent, nothing extraordinary. Could’ve used more veggies. The view of the lagoon from here is amazing.

Nice spot, food ok but only 2 options

Only 2 vegan options, of which the burger is ok but it is more of a salad sandwich (there's no patty). It's a nice lakeside spot for a day of swimming and chilling.

Vegan options on the menu

Their menu has a few vegetarian options - pesto, musaka and lasaña and 2 vegan options- burger and a salad. They also have 2 starters, one of them is hummus. We thought the burger was ok and the chips were really good. It doesn't come with a bun instead it is two burger paties - nice sauce. The place is really chill, you can pay a 5 dolar pass to use their facilities.

Burger ok, drink amazing

This place is really idyllic, located right at the lake. I came only for lunch, without a day ticket or staying overnight:).
I was a little bit disappointed about my burger. It was quite bland because of the watery veggies inside. The "bun" tasted in spots intensely like fish. I assume, they fry everything close together.
As a drink I had hibiscus juice with pineapple and cinnamon which was really, really good:).
Service was super quick and friendly.

Pros: Location, Super service, Drinks

Cons: Food ok, Expensive

Pros: Lage , Super lecker, sehr tierfreundlich

Best food arround, always a vegetarian option

We were here for a few days and the vegetarian food was always incredibly tasty. There are lots of vegetables and there are always a few fresh herbs from the garden on the plate. You sit right next to the open kitchen and can see how your food is prepared. We are vegetarians, but you can also ask for a vegan option. Cooking is done with passion, the food not only tastes excellent, it also looks perfect.

Pros: very tasty, daily changing menu, nice view over the laguna

Delicious food served in a tropical paradise

The restaurant is located on the shores of the stunning Laguna de Apoyo and always has some vegan/vegetarian dishes on their menu. The mediterranean-nica fusion meals are made with locally sourced, organic and seasonal produce, served in a tropical paradise. The Veggie burger is easily my favourite, made with a yummy lentil pattie and just divine. They also make their own focaccia bread which they transform into a pizza with varying toppings. I also loved the home made kombucha with the apple cinnamon being my all time favorite. I ate my way through the menu and loved every single (vegan) dish!

Pros: yummy food, friendly staff, beautiful location
