Vegan Pizza and Beer! - Edit
Had the vegan pizza and a beer. the staff very welcoming. Beer was tasty and food very hot and filling. A pleasant dinner. Very small seating so be sure to get there before peak eating times. Pizza slightly pricey but worth it and restored my camino spirits.

Amazing vegan burger and Venezueluan breakfast - Edit
I've had the vegan burger, lentils for lunch and dinner, and the next morning they made us Venezueluan breakfast, including vegan version for me. Incredible!

Great veg option on Camino - Edit
As opposed to simply salads or pasta, Casa Manuel has protein veg offerings such as tofu, lentil soup and a great toast with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and caramelized onions. Also, I noted a great veg friendly cafe in LA Faba and a macrobiotic cafe before Las Herrarias
