Descent but not great - Edit
I found Casa Gaia from vegan travel website and I was hopefully; however, the cooking disappointed in terms of the quality of the flavors and textures.
Read moreCards on the table, this establishment serves meat and other animal products with several vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan on request. And they were very helpful in navigating the menu (only available in French) and the kitchen was flexible with veganizing dishes.
On the other hand, vegan restaurants are thin on the ground here in regional France, so give it a try. Perhaps this was just an off night.
