Read moreImpasto molto digeribile. Mozzarella vegana e la possibilità di personalizzare. Non credo sia un'opzione fissa nel menu, quindi meglio chiamare e chiedere.
Abbiamo preso una 4 "formaggi" (FAVOLOSA!), una specie di crostone con "mozzarella", affettato vegano simil prosciutto, rucola e pomodorini. Nella prima foto sono rappresentate entrambe ma solo dopo che ce le siamo divise a metà. Nella seconda si vede meglio la seconda Qualcun altro nel nostro gruppo ha preso una "non tonno" e cipolla ma ci siamo scordati di fotografarla. In cucina inizia ad esserci una grande attenzione alla tematica del vegan. L'attenzione alle esigenze del cliente da parte di tutta la struttura fanno davvero ben sperare che ci sia una futura ulteriore apertura!

It was just pasta and tomato sauce, but they added a meat substitute (seitan?) and overall the dish was very tasty.

Unclear declarations - Edit
They had good vegan declarations in the past, now they put vegan and vegetarian in one group and only one pasta dish mentions vegan. So you might be stuck with a single option.
