One veg option, but tasty - Edit
I had the token veg plate: the Inca Bowl. It was in fact, super flavorful however it came out lukewarm. Saw a review about it being spicy and hoped for that, but was not spicy at all. The guac was very yummy. We got stars for having a real protein, but not four stars because of cold food and only one token vegan dish. It was also very very loud in there with a live musician and chatter. It was incredibly hard for me and my dining partner to hear one another, we were literally shouting.

Flavorful. Fresh - Edit
Had takeout and got the vegan Inca bowl which was good. Lots of tomatoes and spicy. Tofu was pan seared so fairly fresh/soft with a crust of spices. We also had the avacado tacos without cheese. They confirmed these were vegan without cheese. Kids liked them, but a little too spicy for the kids.

Amazing Vegan Dish - Edit
The vegan Incan bowl was delicious! Tofu, quinoa, tons of flavor... and doesn't need to be customized to be vegan. The side of sweet plantains is also vegan according to my server, and it was amazing - so perfectly caramelized! It wa served with a sauce that likely wasn't vegan so ask for no sauce.

Try the Incan bowl - fabulous. Tacos can be vegetarian or vegan. A number of good vegan sides.

Pricey, but Alright - Edit
We ordered the Vegan Incan bowl, Yukons, cucumber tomato salad, and a taco they assured us could be made vegan by switching the fried avocado w/tofu- it was vegan, just served with a side of cheese… it all tasted very good, but if you are someone who is picky about the texture of their tofu, I would be careful. It was very soft. The sides were delicious. It was also pricey. Frozen drinks were delicious.
