Delicious Vegetarian Sandwiches - Edit
I'm not sure if we were there at odd hours when we arrived on a weekday around 4 or 5 PM, but we had to ring a bell at the entryway to be allowed inside. There was a chalkboard menu all in Spanish at the front. We ended up ordering two sandwiches - the tres hongos and tofu sprouts. She offered to have them split in half for us. Our food was delicious. It was such a fun, funky restaurant with interesting decor. Definitely check out the bathroom!

La cada de la abuela is a great place to meet with people, talk, play pool and eat one of the best meals ever! They make their own ají, the atmosphere is wonderful for young and retro people. Melchui is a delightful host too.
