Great separate vegan menu! - Edit
Wonderful Mexican restaurant with a separate vegan menu that makes it SO much easier to order. The food was great. My wife got the green enchiladas with vegan chicken. I got the fajitas with vegan steak & our kids split a vegan quesadilla. All entrees came with rice, pinto beans and guacamole. It was a great meal with big portions. The pinto beans were a -little- too salty for my liking but everything else was perfect. Definitely worth checking out!

Good food, but frustrating - Edit
The small nachos were a good sized portion and tasted good. The lava cake was good, but so tiny and really expensive at $10.
Read moreI asked to sit outside because it was a nice day and the hostess said the outside was closed. I don’t see why it would have been a problem though.
I brought containers for take away and the hostess said that wasn’t allowed so I asked her to treat it as eat in and bring the food to the table and I would put the food in my containers myself. She agreed, but then it seemed like she and the waiter were fighting about it because he later asked if I wanted the lava cake in my container and he brought it back to the kitchen. A bit later she came out and put the empty container on my table. Later, the waiter took my container again and came back with 2 plastic containers inside my container with the cake and the sauce. Such a waste when I am trying to reduce plastic consumption. This all took ages as well. - the nachos came out fast, but it was an extra half hour for this cake ordeal. This whole experience was so frustrating that I don’t want to come back.

They have a large selection of vegan options. I had the small nachos, which was still a more than filling portion, with nice flavors and a lot of cheese. The lava cake had an intense chocolate flavor and a molten inside, but was tiny and the cream on the side tasted purely of sugar. The staff were very confused by us wanting the food as take-out, but using our own containers - it took 20 mins of them going back and forth, until the lava cake came out packed in additional containers instead on a plate for us to transfer it ourselves.

Got the vegan fajita salad and vegan nachos. Asked for no added protein, but they added some anyways. My niece ordered the lunch tacos with all sauces on the side and the server repeated it back to be sure. When they served it she out it in front of my niece and said "they put the sauces on top." Sadly my niece is pretty picky so it ruined her meal. I was also on the toilet for the majority of the next day.

Quesadilla bad - other stuff prob better - Edit
Honestly, super grateful to have a full vegan Mexican menu available on this island, but sadly my Rancho Quesadilla was just not great. The guy asked me if I wanted steak or chicken, I said steak, and then a minute later he said “steak, right?” and I said yes. My quesadilla came with the chicken instead, so that was disappointing. Also, the cheese is just really not good (it’s some crappy gluey vegan cheddar).
Read moreBUT the veggies were good, and so were the beans and rice which came on the side. So I think that a vegan burrito or a couple other things might be really good, I just unfortunately chose the quesadilla when the cheese they use is just not good. I will be back again at some point to try a less-cheesy option.

Incredible selection - we were so stoked to see not a handful of vegan options, but literally a full page. The food was super tasty and big portions, plenty for lunch the next day. Super stoked to come back here. 5 stars if I could.

Great Mexican food on Vashon island. They have an entire full page menu of vegan options- including vegan meat and dairy alternatives, it's not just hold this, or hold that. Very impressive for not only a Mexican food place but also for a place on island.
Read moreThe Vegan quesadilla is huge, we had leftovers. They do soy chorizo, mushroom fajitas and even do a roasted veggie fajita dish. Lots of options. We didn't try them all but definitely more options than we could choose from.
The salsas are good, the employees friendly and it seemed like the were very welcoming to those with dietary needs.
5 stars for their vegan choices, they also do a great selection of meat choices for families with blended eaters.

Cons: it was more expensive but it's an island so...., small indoor seating, large groups beware
