Lovely hotel with great breakfast options - Edit
The owners are a Spanish family who have relocated onto the island. They run an eco retreat which serves vegetarian breakfasts made with ingredients they grow in the garden.
You should definitely try one of the many dishes which contain Chaya, a "Mayan Spinach", great for your health and tasty!
