We come from a very vegan friendly place, and so sometimes I find really highly rated vegan food just meh by our normal standards. This was really quite good, and I really was at a point I just needed vegetables and tofu. The kids loved all the drinks and my vegan son LOVED the pizza, saying “finally something other than beans and rice.” We got three cheese pizza, pesto pasta, cauliflower wings, and two different salads. The cauliflower was a bit spicy for our teen but that’s partially because he chugged his lemonade before the food arrived.

Really enjoyed the food and service. I'm not sure why so many of the vegan restaurants in Mérida seem to only play generic American pop music, but I would love to hear more local tunes while dining!

Muy buena comida y servicio. No sé por qué muchos de los restaurantes veganos de Mérida sólo tienen música pop americana genérica, pero me encantaría escuchar más música local mientras ceno!
Los tacos eran interestantes y llenaban, pero para mí lo mejor fue la Limonada Maya - era tan perfectamenta refrescante y única.

Beautiful interior, and the food was well presented as well as very tasty. We had the chickpea ceviche, the cauliflower and portobello chicharron. The portions are HUGE so it actually is a good value for groups. Our kids really enjoyed it and want to go back.

Yummy menu in a wonderful place. We took two cocktails (fresh cucumber and maracuya sour) which were excellent. Boneless coliflor with potatoes as a starter to share was soooo good. Then as our main dishes we decided to try the pesto pasta and the funghi one too. Please take the funghi pasta, it is really creamy and tasty (: server Miguel was super nice and the place is full of colors, plants and music. We paid 900$.

We visit Vegan Inc frequently and we are never disappointed. Our latest visit included tacos al pastor for me and the portobello chicharrones for my wife. The tacos were great however the chicharrones were next level delicious. In the running for the best meal that I have tasted in Merida. As mentioned in previous reviews, portions are generous. Also a shout out to their delicious tortilla soup which is my "go to" stop for a quick bite.

This is a very cute place. The murals on the wall are cool and the staff is very friendly. The menu is a balance of Mexican food and other more tourist/American food (pizzas, burgers, mac and cheese) and we went with the Mexican selections. The tortilla soup was fantastic and the chickpea ceviche was very good. Both were about double the size you would expect for an appetizer, so be careful! For entrees, I tried the portobello “chicharrones” which was delicious but actually served with too much guacamole. The server seemed a little hurt I couldn’t finish it (I took the mushrooms and tortillas home but the guacamole wouldn’t keep, so I left it). My partner got the tacos with mushrooms Al pastor and really liked them, but again with four tacos on the plate it was a little too much food, so we brought one home.
Read moreI know it’s weird to complain about portions being too big but because travelers don’t always have space to store food in their lodgings it’s a good caution that you might want to aim to under-order, rather than over-order. It always feels bad to waste, but especially when the food is so good.

We came to Merida for a few days and visited this beautiful place several times, every time trying something new, and they never failed with satisfying our taste buds and eyes.

Their menu consists of typical Mexican dishes , a few kinds of burger, as well as some Italian classics with a Vegan Inc touch. Everything was super tasty, but our favorites were: tortilla soup, all the appetizers, and the Oreo cheesecake! Highly recommending.

Went there for dinner. They have a huge menu what made it difficult to decide what to eat. In the end I took the pizza tres quesos. I had better pizzas before. It wasn’t bad, but nothing special. Wouldn’t go for pizza again but for one of the other dishes.

I had the Margherita pizza, which had the most incredible fluffy crust which I devoured, when I usually avoid eating much of the crust in other pizzas. The cheese flavor was creamy and melted perfectly, and the herbs added a fresh perk to it.
Read moreAnother day I had the cheesecake with fresh berries on it, and I couldn't believe how flavorful it was. A lot of cheesecakes taste a bit pasty to me. This one was rich with a harmonious medley of flavors combining to make it a bit tart and sweet. Simply perfect!
The decor was fun, with beautiful painted wall art. I also enjoyed the music.

The burgers (we tried the BBQ and Inc. ones) were absolutely amazing. Next time we will try the pizzas. The staff were very friendly, even when we approached closing time (9 pm). We took our desert to go, because an appetizer plus main dish turned out to be too much for us.

Visited with my partner during a date night and really enjoyed the experience! The service and food was great and the interior of the restaurant was really cute at night and had unique decor. Definitely one of my favorite vegan spots I’ve been to in Merida and look forward to going back!
