Very limited - Edit
Good beer and service. however they let me know the quinoa burger uses egg as a binder and the brioche buns are not vegan. There was a katsu carrot patty on the menu but had to make several modifications to make it vegan. (No aioli no butter on bun, no slaw, pretzel bun instead of ciabatta)… needless to say , not many options!

We shared the ancient grain bowl: Farro risotto with zucchini and mushrooms. Topped with seared balsamic herb tofu and peperonata. (V)

Cozy, Food Fabulous, and Great Beer - Edit
Linda and I visited Durango for a few days this spring. Carvers Brewing Company is a vegan friendly and cozy brewhouse easily accessaqble on Main Avenue in Durango. They have some vegan options and also vegan convertable selections. Their full bar features some wonderful local brews as well. I ordered the Chimichuri Bowl (Quinoa and Kale with Chimichuri Cressing, beets and other veggies with camalized pepitas). Linda had the pictured home made blended bean and sweet potato burger. Both were memerable. Linda, who is a real beer connissuer selected the Colorado Trail Nut Brown Ale which she thouroughly recommends to beer lovers. You will like this cozy vegan option brewery. Give it a try!

Great quinoa burger! - Edit
Nota 100% vegan restaurant but plenty of options. I had the house made quinoa burger with pesto and it was delicious (note that the dressing pictured was not vegan). They also have a build your own burger (with the quinoa burger), and salads and bowls that you can add marinated tofu to.

Vegan meatloaf NO MORE - Edit
This is a small brewery located on Main Street in the historic area of Durango. They have several vegan options, including a vegan meatloaf, curry dish, and salads. Oh…did I mention that they are a microbrewery too?!!

No good - Edit
Any vegan options offered were based on the Impossible “meat” and were uninspiring. There are lots of other places in Durango with vegan options.
