Best Avocado Toast EVER

I've only ordered delivery service from Carrotsticks ans Cravings and have never been to their restaurant. And every time I order it's their avocado toast. I sincerely believe it's the best I've ever had and it's an enormous amount of food. I cant seem to recreate theirs on my own it's perfection. I can't recommend this enough. Trust me- it's crazy delicious and you'll be full for days.

Nice place and fresh food

Avocado toast and overnight oats were only vegan options in the breakfast menu (in Nov 2023) but they were good, fresh and looked nice! Portions were quite big. Also staff and venue were nice!

Brunch Cafe with Garden

Carrosticks & Cravings Cafe is healthy food cafe based on australian healthy food concept. You may find many bowl/sourdough/sandwich/smoothie options. It has own garden with open space, which makes it relaxing for weekend brunch. They have several vegan options and staff is very supportive, upon our request they offered to us to exchange cheese with pomegranate for falafel tabbouleh dish. The food was tasty and fresh. Downside is location of the restaurant is a bit far from public transport and prices are a bit in high side.

Pros: Several Vegan Options, Healthy Fresh Food, Spacious Garden

Cons: Expensive, Location

Cafe with awesome vibe and few vegan options

A few Vegan options @carrotsticksandcravings Dempsey! Outlet is pretty~ G8 for catching up with friend(s) over brunch 💚 Likey the vibe there! See uploaded photos for foodie, atmosphere snippet, & menu. Foodie are yummy in general. Second time there, and I had the avo toast for the second time again! It’s good! Crispy toast, nicely sliced avo topped on beetroot and hummus spread~ love the toppings on it too😋 I am just not so satisfied with my iced soy cappuccino (find it meh)- Self reminder to order other chilled drinks next time or order the soy cappuccino hot.

I have ordered the below (prices below do not inclusive of tax yet):
- Happy Vegan Avo (Vegan, $18)
- Iced Soy Cappuccino ($6, Iced $0, Soy $1)

Pros: Vegan options , Many vege options (probably can be veganised), Awesome pretty cafe with friendly staff

Good healthy breakfast options

This cute little café with indoor and outdoor seating offers some nice vegan smoothie bowls. Menu clearly labels vegetarian/gluten free and dairy free items. They also offer cakes, croissants and energy balls but those are not labelled. I didn’t ask but pretty sure the pastries and cakes are only vegetarian.
Offers three different type of plant mills for coffees or tea.

breakfast & lunch with vege options

Australian cafe with many vegetarian & vegan options . Their menu keeps evolving and there’s more and more vege options in their menu and I understand their planning on more .
I had the vegan bowl which was ok but little too bland for my liking , same for the superfood salad . More spices, more variety of vegetables would be great .
Their coffee is amazing - with a few non dairy milk options available . Try the almond milk turmeric latte .
Theirs also smoothies & smoothie bowls .

Pros: Lots of vegetarian/ vegan options , Great coffee and few non dairy milks

Cons: Rather expensive , Not very original tasting food
