Delicious falafel wrap!

Quick service, fresh and delicious falafel wrap. Cilantro lime dressing was delicious, perfectly toasted wholewheat wrap. Landed a 2 for 1 on Uber eats - even better!

Good beyond bowl

Super expensive for what it is, but that’s south beach for you. Tasted really good though. They have many juices and vegan banana bread as well

Some pricey vegan options

This restaurant has some vegan options but they are not clearly marked on the menu. You have to ask the waiters. I had a vegan burger with the impossible steak and a smoothie. It wasn't bad but the portions are quite small for the price paid. The place is quite small but nice and the staff is helpful. If you don't have any other choice, it won't be unpleasant but there are better places in Miami Beach to eat vegan!

Pros: has vegan options, good food, friendly staff

Cons: vegan options not clearly labeled, limited vegan options, pricey, small portions

Healthy fast good in SOBE

Healthy fast food in Miami!

Food****
We can only attest to one dish but this dish was amazing!! The vegan sausage bowl was so delicious! It was hard to put my fork down I was loving every flavor in the dish. I highly recommend this if you head there!

Service***
Fast and friendly counter service!

Atmosphere**
Not in the greatest spot but there are two outdoor tables and indoor dining. The inside is nice but nothing special.

Price$
Very cheap and very worth it!

Pros: Delicious vegan food

Cons: Location is out of the way

Mixed experience

We visited Carrot Express several times over the course of a week. There are many items clearly identified on the menu as vegetarian or vegan. But, the staff seemed uncertain as to what was actually vegan. Items such as "Organic Tofu Marinated in Soy Ginger Sauce," "Falafel with Tahini Sauce" are identified on the menu as "vegetarian," not "vegan." A dish identified as "Sausage Vegan Bowl," was marked as both vegetarian and vegan. What made the difference? It was hard not to assume that it was the optional sauces, Cilantro-Lime/Soy Ginger. Was there honey in them? When we asked the employee taking orders at the counter, she checked with someone and came back and said that they were all vegan. It didn't make sense to us that the menu seemed to be so specific (normally, a good thing) but, apparently, so misleading, if not inaccurate. So, moral of this story is check when you order. I did have the Sausage Vegan Bowl (without the sauce, just in case) and it was quite good. Very nicely done brown rice with lots of perfectly-cooked kale and slightly spicy sausage. They freshly squeeze juice and offer a variety of smoothies. The "B-52" (carrot, celery, beet, ginger and cucumber) juice was very good but very heavy on the ginger. The second time I ordered it, I asked that they go light on the ginger and it was perfect. Nothing on the menu, however, about the juices being organic. But, when I asked, they said that they do use organic veggies. I am skeptical. Bottom line: a very good option for veg food but ask questions.

Pros: Many veg choices, Vegan sausage, burger, lentil soup, Parking

Cons: Having to try to identify the actual vegan items

DE-LISH!

Was working in Miami Beach for 2 days. Ended up going both days because it was so yummy. Loved the veggie burger. A nice rice base with crispy texture. I tire of black bean burgers and this was delicious. Today I had the oven baked ginger soy tofu over brown rice and it was AMAZING. The cilantro lime dressing, avocado, and salsa was a nice touch. I was literally licking the bowl.

Special note: you can't see it from Alton. It's tucked back in an L shaped shopping center. Good news is that it has parking.

I will be back!

Regular for the Tika Salad

Whenever I am in Miami Beach, this is my go-to vegan spot. While it is a little pricey, the incredible cilantro lime and sesame dressings are to die for. I always get the Tika wrap in a salad, add the coconut patty, and extra avocado. I mix it all in with the dressings and it is delicious!
You can often wait a while since it is small but I usually pre-order on the phone ahead of time to pick up.

Pros: great good, good location, veg friendly

Cons: long wait time, not many places to sit

fast vegan food

Love this place. Tons of vegan options like sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies, smoothie bowls, etc. i get the fire wrap with tofu and I love the Acai bowl. The two homemade house dressings are delicious as well.

Delicious!!

I was here a week ago for the first time. I had a bowl with rice, quinoa, cranberries and a coconut cutlet that came with a citrus dressing and it was SO delicious!! It's really worth trying it! The portions are nice and big and they have some other vegan options that I'm sure they are worth trying. Wanted to go again today, but is seems they're closed on Sunday :-(
There's free and easy parking inside the place they're at. So another plus considering they're in Miami Beach!

Pros: delicious , easy parking

Cons: limited seating space, but not too bad, would love more vegan options
