Great options for vegetarians and vegans! - Edit
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to see that Carlos Restaurante had a full menu section devoted to plant-based items inspired by the Blue Zones Project. We ordered vegan fajitas and vegetable enchiladas with mole sauce, and everything was delicious. To add to the experience, everyone at the restaurant was very friendly, from the moment we arrived to the final goodbye at the cash register. Service was efficient and attentive. I'm sure we'll be returning for another meal at Carlos Restaurante and recommend it highly.
