Finally, a vegan breakfast sandwich at a coffee shop!

While more and more coffee shops in the area offer non-dairy milk, it's still hard to find a vegan breakfast item other than oatmeal. When I saw Caribou Coffee introduced a fully vegan breakfast sandwich, I was pretty excited. Their JUST Egg Roasted and Pesto Flatbread is savory and delicious. I hope they continue to add more vegan items to their menu. Tip when ordering coffee and tea - join the Caribou Coffee rewards program and order ahead through their app for no surcharge on non-dairy milk.
