Good breakfast in a pinch - Edit
The Just egg flatbread, which is marked as vegetarian but is default vegan with Just cheese, is a simple but solid food option. Breakfast is served all day here.

As with all caribou locations, the just egg flatbread is vegan and delicious! It is the only vegan food option, but it’s so tasty.

Decent breakfast option - Edit
Needed to find a quick breakfast option before we headed back home to SC and we’re happy we found this one. The vegan flatbread was a little smaller than we thought when we saw the original photo on here, but the taste did not disappoint! Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for something quick, easy and tasty!
