Veggie heaven! - Edit
If you like Latin food, this is the place to go. So many options for vegetarians and even a few vegan options. My favorite are the arepas, either sauteed veggies or black beans and cheese (can leave of the cheese tho). But also the tacos, nachos and burritos are amazing with fresh veggies and delicious spices. They have heaps of different sauces you can add yourself afterwards and most of them are vegan too.
Pros: Good Value for money, Very Quick, Delicious

Arapes - Edit
We popped in and asked if the vegetarian arapes (like a crispy polenta burger?) could be made vegan and they said no problem. It consisted of sauteed vegetables and purple cabbage salad. It was a little bit plain but always good to have another vegan option.
