Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi bar where the chef/owner's daughter is reported a vegetarian, so he has made sure to incorporate meatless rolls which include tempura vegetables, fruits such as kiwi, mango, and strawberries, and fried plantains. Rolls are made to order, so you could request modification. Note that tempura may be fried in same oil as meatstuff. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-9:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm.
